CRAYS Branded Search Policy:
Please be reminded that the CRAYS Affiliate Program does not allow any form of bidding on CRAYS trademark terms through keyword bidding and other paid search on Google, Bing, Yahoo, MSN, and other search engines, and their extended search networks.This includes (but not limited to): "CRAYS" and/or any misspellings or similar alterations of these - be it separately or in combination with other keywords.We recommend adding our trademarks to your Negative Keywords list, to avoid any broad or phrase match bidding on branded search terms.
The following practices are prohibited in the program:
● Bidding on "trademark term" and "trademark term + term"
● Using trademarks on ad texts
● Using a domain that has our trademarks in order to market as Outsite
● Creating Social Media pages under the term "CRAYS”
● You many not use www.crays.world as your ad copy display URL.
● Use of Outsite trademarks in your ad copy is prohibited.Please ensure that compliance to these policies are observed. Failure to do so may result in the removal from the program and reversal of any pending commissions.
CRAYS Email Policy:
Affiliates are not allowed to send email messages as part of a CRAYS marketing campaign without prior written approval from the Affiliate team. In addition, an affiliate may not use a return address, subject heading, header information or message contents that intentionally misleads or confuses or is likely to mislead or confuse a recipient as to the affiliate being the sender.
Parasites:
CRAYS is committed to maintaining a 100% parasite-free affiliate program.
Payment Terms:
Commission payments are made on the 15th of each month (or the following Monday should it falls on a weekend). Payments are made for all commissions accumulated the previous month - for example, one would be paid for all commissions made in Month 1 on the 15th of Month 2.Cancellations and refunds of commissionable sales will be redacted if cancelled during the interim period between sale and payout.
Cookie Policy:
We use a 30-day affiliate cookie, meaning that users with your affiliate cookie will be attributed to you if a purchase is made within 30 days.
Inactive Affiliates:
Affiliates who've been approved are free to earn commissions. However, affiliates will be removed if 6 months pass with no earned commissions.
