The idea behind naming buildings in a specific way is interesting, but mostly still a Marketing gimmick as there is usually not that much more to it besides the name.

However; this we plan to change as the idea of branded housing living sticked with us, because we feel like there could be a lot of advantages connected to it and not only a way of letting the building sound a little more appealing.

Imagine your tenant experience would be handled by a brand, the same way all of the other products & services in your life are handled by companies, which try to develop their businesses with customer-centric design.

Trying to elevate the offering for a renter will be the highest priority for a living brand like Crays and would be the ideal starting point for branded housing.

CRAYS Formentor

Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain

CRAYS will open a 7 bedroom property on Mallorca in Formentor in 2023. CRAYS will expand this space by 4 bungalows to keep up with the demand on Mallorcas North shore.

CRAYS Lisboa

Portugal

In 2023, CRAYS will open a new licensee property in Lisboa in collaboration with a local landlord. Formerly called Hotel Flower, converting into a CRAYS transcribed for the landlord into more revenue, longer stays, and a younger, more dynamic clientèle.

CRAYS Malibu

California, USA

In 2023, CRAYS will open a new licensee property in the seaside town of Malibu, California. Originally used as a short-term rental property, CRAYS will help to increase NOI by over 40%
